As an adult I am able to appreciate what my dad was such a fan of. I have the pleasure to own this magnificant system. It puts you in the director's chair; ringht in the movie. The sound that is generated through is crisp and sharp. I would recommend any one who reads this to go and buy this unit and see what I fell in love with/

HT-S6100 System   Reviewer: KEVIN P.  from New York   02/12/09 Very easy to set up and so far so good. I am still waiting to hook up my Bluray player, but the radio and my iPOD sound great. Also, the HDMI Repeater feature is fantastic, no need to plug in anything but the HDMI cable for video and audio (this is not a feature all models have).

Outstanding Home Theater System HT-S6100 7.1   Reviewer: DAN D.  from Grants Pass, OR   12/06/08 I have had this system for a couple of months and it has met and exceeded all my expectations for a home theater system. Installation was easy with the clear instructions, although since it is a multiple speaker system, it took a while to run calbes and install speakers. Running the audyssey equalizing system produced a very acceptable setup. This has made listening to music and watching movies a very rewarding experience. I will now work on getting an HDTV and Blue-Ray disc player to really utilize all the features available. Great system for a very reasonable price!

great package   Reviewer: marc  from california   12/03/08 i love it. i also have a ps3 and the new line of samsung tvs (40 inch). and directv hd. all sound amazing on this, in particular the new hd sound formats dolby true hd and dts master hd. the devil wears prada on blu ray sounds amazing. 4 hdmi inputs = more than enough,this thing does everything short of flying !

Onkyo HT-S6100   Reviewer: Venci  from Florida   09/05/08 I have this system now for two weeks! The set up was easy! I used the mic for the set up and then i twiked the base a litle bit! I have a playstation 3 and HD cable hooked to it with HDMI in outputs and a Samsung 46" 1080p LCD. Great sound! My dog was going crazy when i wached Rambo on DTS-HD! Great product for the money!
