Feature Packed HTiB   Reviewer: STEVE U.  from Easton, PA   02/19/09 This is a feature packed "Home Theater in a Box", I have an older Onkyo HTiB, and was happy with the quality, and I needed an additional system for my garage/shop (MAN Cave) so I purchased it based the reviews her and on the web. Truly an OUTSTANDING VALUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchasing this product was a very pleasant experience from a local dealer who matched competitive prices even from the internet. The setup information was very clear. I am overwhelmed with the sound quality, the frequency response, and the available functions. The ipod dock is a great bonus as well as the Audyssey automatic room calibration. I was able to program the remote control to my TV and DVD. The price which includes speakers is well worth it, but I had to buy a turntable preamp. The speakers have better specs than equivalent JBL, Polk, Accoustic Research, Boston Accoustics, etc. I definitely recommend this system to anyone interested in a complete package in one box.

Onkyo Complete Home Theater System   Reviewer: BRENT S.  from Arizona   12/06/08 This is a powerful system that can drive any componenet. The passthrough feature for HDMI is handy but one may want to look at higher end models that will actually process the sound and video at the receiver, although you will pay more. There are more than enough connections to plug in anything that you want too. The different listening modes are also very nice depending on what you are listening to or watching.
