Terms of Use and License Agreement

To access or download manuals and other materials from the download area you must agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read the following Terms of Use carefully. It is an agreement binding up you and upon ONKYO CORPORATION ("ONKYO").

YOUR PERMITTED USE

The files and images ("Materials") provided by ONKYO on this website are provided solely for your use as an end user of ONKYO(R) brand consumer electronics products. ONKYO authorizes you to view, download and print the User Manuals for products owned or used by you only for your personal and noncommercial use. Commercial use by you is expressly prohibited. Each copy of the downloaded Materials must include the copyright notice indicating that ONKYO is the owner of all copyrights and the revision date and part number. The license granted in these Terms of Use is not exclusive and is not transferable by you. It may be terminated by Onkyo if you violate any of the terms.

RESTRICTIONS

You may not copy (in or into any media or form), duplicate, modify, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, retransmit, in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopied, recorded or otherwise), resell or redistribute any of the Materials or any of the associated files, or any portion thereof, without the prior written consent of ONKYO in each instance. You may not remove the copyright notice or revision date or part number from any downloaded Materials.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF ONKYO

ONKYO is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights in the Materials, including without limitation all diagrams, schematics, parts lists, parts numbers, files, layouts, images, graphics and templates. The Materials are protected by United States and International copyright and other laws, as well as international treaties. All intellectual property and moral rights in the Materials and the related products are expressly reserved by ONKYO.

WARNINGS AND DISCLAIMERS

Do not attempt to service any ONKYO(R) product yourself. Opening or removing covers may expose you to dangerous voltage or other hazards. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.

Do not attempt to update your ONKYO(R) brand products using any parts, software, firmware, data files, upgrades, add-ons, etc., except those provided directly from ONKYO or the ONKYO website. Follow the instructions carefully and do not attempt any other procedures not specified in the instructions provided by ONKYO.

Not all ONKYO(R) brand products may be available in all regions. Models and specifications may differ in various areas of the world. Models and specifications may change from time to time. Please be sure that you are referring to the appropriate materials for the model and version of the product you own or are using.

The Materials are presently provided on a "no fee" basis. ONKYO reserves the right to charge a fee for access, downloading or use of the Materials in the future.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ONKYO HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST PROFIT'S, LOST SAVINGS OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT AND/OR ITS ACCESSORIES EVEN IF ONKYO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.

Improperly modified, updated products may cause improper operation, will void your ONKYO Limited Consumer Warranty, and any parts or service required to restore proper operation will not be covered under the Onkyo Limited Consumer Warranty.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms of use set forth the entire agreement concerning its subject. Oral changes and oral waivers are void. The English language version is the only authentic text. The laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, applicable to agreements made and to be fully performed in such state shall apply to these Terms of Use and the License granted herein.
